Nurse Prepper's Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dessert
Prep time approx. 1 hour.
Uses 9x13 ungreased glass baking dish.
3 (8 - ounce) packages Philly Cream Cheese, softened
3 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Original Nestle Toll House Cookie dough.
1- Prepare cookie dough as directed. --- Divide into two rounds.
Cover and Refrigerate.
2- In a large bowl, beat together: cream cheese, eggs, sugar and
vanilla extract until mixed well,
then add lemon juice and cream of tarter.
Mix on 'medium' until creamy and firm. Set aside.
3- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
4- Roll out 1 round of cookie dough 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Line bottom of baking dish - press to edges.
5- Spread cream cheese filling over bottom layer.
6- Repeat #4 bringing dough to edges, gently. Add over filling.
7- Bake at 350 (F) 40-50 minutes or until golden brown and center is firm.
8- Remove from oven and let cool well.
Refrigerate and cut into squares when it is well chilled, about an hour.
Keep refrigerated between servings.
9- Top with whipped cream, ice cream, hot fudge or caramel.
